Recently, walton39 shared the following tip with us: "When I fill out a sweep with Robo, I have to manually select or check or uncheck a feature, answer yes or no, insert a birthdate or a phone number (some of those sometimes just don't fill in automatically for some reason). I found that when my form is all properly filled out and before entering the sweep, I simply click the SAVE button on RoboForm tool bar and the next time I enter that sweep, most of the time everything is automatically selected properly.
Thanks for this wonderful tip. I went through all of my sweeps and updated my RoboForm passcards for each sweep to:
- Answer questionnaires, like Simple Green's that have to be answered each time
- Check or uncheck boxes to make sure to opt out of newsletters, etc., like ELLE sweeps, etc.
- Check boxes to agree to rules
- Fill in Codes or UPC numbers
- Remove email addresses that RoboForm puts in, like on the GE sweeps
- Add phone numbers or change format of phone number to remove dashes, like required in HGTV sweeps.
Learning this tip has saved me a lot of time and I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you sharing it with all of us.
