    Gender Related Sweeps

I enter sweepstakes for both my husband and myself.  There are usually sweeps running that seem geared strictly to one gender, like the Famous Footwear and Clinique sweeps.  I enter my husband in them, because I can use the lipstick, women's shoes, etc.  Rules do not specify a gender, so my question is, "Would a man be DQ'd from these women-related sweeps?"   My husband won a Shania Twain Gift Set a few months back, but that game didn't seem as geared to women as the two mentioned above.

Also, Mr. Sweepy, can you provide a woman avatar?  When I post in the forums, my avatar is a man's head and my username doesn't sound feminine.   I'm a little shy about putting my own picture up, but I didn't find a woman avatar on the site.

Unless a sweep specifically states a gender restriction, everyone has an equal chance of winning.  The only way to be dq'd is if you fail to follow the rules.

Regarding your avatar, you can pick whatever you want for you avatar and change it yourself. Mr. Sweepy just provides a default avatar, for those that choose not to replace it with their own. There are instructions for adding an avatar on the forum page or you can choose to search for instructions at the top of this page by entering the word "avatar" in the search bar.
