    Re: I'm back :D

ITS SO GREAT TO BE BACK! <3 OMG seriously all of everyone's replies, they made me tear up... I couldn't get back online until today because I've been training at work and its been a hectic schedule. But hooray, training is over so sweeping can resume to normal status. ;)

It's good to see all the familiar faces, and THANK you all for your replies. My new job has been pretty intimidating and scary, but I'm slowly getting the hang of things (serving in a nicer restaurant with an EXTENSIVE menu with wine and what not) and can't wait until I'll be making good tips. Life is looking up these days.

YOU GUYS-- TELL ME ABOUT ANY BIG WINS YOU'VE HAD THAT I MIGHT'VE MISSED! I WANNA HEAR ALL ABOUT THEM!

MindySue-- *GLOMP HUG* Aw, thank you thank you. 1992 is still cool, right? Hehe. I've actually been contemplating sueing him for 1/2 the bill money he owes me. It seems like a lot of hassle, but if I had to guess off the top of my head he owes me something like $2,000. Which is really no laughing matter. Because of him I lost out on my security deposit in my townhome because he trashed it the last month he lived in it (and I was staying at my Moms, being nice and letting him live there because he had "no place to go" even with his family in town). I tried my darndest to clean it (a whole week of cleaning after things I didn't do since he refused to help or care. And even left some of his furniture he didn't want so I had to drag it outside to have it picked up by salvation army) but there was nothing I could do for the torn carpet. He was supposed to help by taking care of his dog (which I ended up taking since he abandoned the dog for 2 days without letting him outside, so he destroyed the carpet)...which was $800 that would've been nice.

All the bills minus the cable and the lease agreement were in his name, but I can prove he was living there and using the electric, etc. because he was on the lease. I just don't know how to go about trying to get back his half of the money, I know I should try small claims court but the court system here in AZ is just so ridiculously bad I don't know if all the hassle is worth it. :/

On top of that I guess you could add fraud since he stole my Blockbuster card and rented a TON of movies and never returned them. I had to argue with them for a while that the card was stolen and since he wasn't on my account, they shouldn't have let him rent ANYTHING since my name was on the card. So eventually I got the manager to agree that I don't owe them any money for the missing movies and for them to close my account.

But I'm babbling on it, lol. Its good to see ya!

HI! So yes, sue him. It will be an app fee and maybe a few small others, but nothing too big. If you really wanted to get him, you could always call Judge Judy, whatever you win in her court room they pay you right there on the spot! I would for sure say that you have a right to half of the money for everything, the deposit back in full and the money from Blockbuster movies (I would have filed a report with the local authorities just so something was on file!). You are owed this at least! Send him a polite letter with copies of everything showing that he does owe half, let him know if he doesn't respond to you that you will see him in court, and then follow through. *Make sure when you send him a letter that it is by certified mail so you can prove in court that you did in fact try to resolve it before you sued him. Record convos with him, save messages and texts and any and all correspondence from him. You can win, trust me on that, stop by your court and see what can be done for you.

Anyways, how is life going? Seems like you are working at a pretty swanky place, do you keep you pinky finger in the air while taking peoples orders while casually sticking your nose up in the air? HAHA! You know I am just kidding! At least working at them high falutin places should earn you pretty good tips! *BIG SMILE! (0:

You know, you could avoid working and all that stuff if you just won the lotto or a really great sweeps.......Ahhh, Dreams. Again, welcome back, good luck in sweeping and PM me if you ever need someone,
