"Rules" before "Prize?"

Hi Mr Sweepy

This probably affects those of us from Florida, New York, Rhode Island, California and a few other states which are excluded from some sweeps.

Is it possible to change the order on the "Forum" page for each sweep - so that Rules come first? That way we'd know if we are elligible to enter without scrolling through all the enticing prize information ... such a tease! :)

Samantha: I have learned that CA seems to think alcohol should never be connected to a sweep. I sigh everytime I see "except CA" or "CA not eligible" especially when the prizes are super great.

Nice suggestion.

I hear you there Marli , I'm in Florida . It seems to me that all the excellent ones with alot of prizes excludes CA, FL ,NY
