CAN I GIVE BACK MY PRIZES AND CHANGE MY WISH?

Yes, caps is yelling, and i was thru the tears. I haven't won my dream prize yet nor any one thing over 450.00 . My wish is the same as many others. I want and need a vehicle. My car is going downhill fast. For the last year i have wanted a Honda Ridgeline. It's all i've wanted. My family laughs because everytime one passes by i point it out. All except one that my son commented on (hey mom, you missed seeing that one), no i didn't son, i didn't like the color. lol. Well  I WOULD GIVE IT ALL BACK if someone would exchange  my old wish and bring back my husbands cousin that was MURDERED, monday night. I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY WISH, PLEASE. He was one person that I gave my t shirt wins to. He was his parents only child. As a few of my friends on here know, i have injuries that affect my daily life and my husband has recently battled cancer.  This individual that died was my lifeline, if something happened to my husband I JUST KNEW THAT HE WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE FOR ME  AS A FRIEND, just down the road less than a mile, and for 25+ years, he and his parents have always been the first people we called if we needed help. What will i do now without him? I am still in denial and shock and i am just now( for the last few hours) shedding the tears. I know this isn't the place for this but since i don't chat anywhere else but here, i felt like it was the only place i could write. I know i am not to question GOD, but i just can't stop the questions. Why?????.  Anyone know where i can give back my wins and exchange my wishes??????. Thanks for letting me cry and post.

Gormom, I am so sincerely sorry for your loss.  Having experienced the loss of a loved one to murder myself, I understand that your life has been completely turned upside down.  The only thing I can say is that it is true that time heals all wounds.  It has been 21 years since it happened, and although I will never forget it, the pain of the event has dulled and I have allowed myself to become more trusting in the world.

In time you will find the strength to move on from this devastating event, create a new safety net for you and your family and be able to remember your loved one for the wonderful man that he was and seperate his memory in life from his memory in death.

Please feel free to private message me if you ever need to chat.  Sometimes venting to someone totally unconnected from the event can be extremely theraputic.

I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

I'm very sorry for your loss.  I've never lost anyone to murder, although I did have an upstairs neighbor that was crazy and put my son, who is disabled in the hospital.  (Still have nightmares over that).  I have however lost all my family but my sons and it is very hard, especially on holidays.  I miss them all so much.  My only brother died at 58 from his heart and I miss him terribly.  My only comfort is remembering the good times and knowing someday we'll all be together again.  I wish I could make it better but I can't.  Just know that we are thinking of you through this terrible time.

hoop dee doo   So sorry to hear that you lost someone to murder too.

The loss of a loved one is always difficult; however, to lose someone thru the criminal action of another is horrible.  Stay strong.
