I was wondering how many sweeps you enter and how much time you spend doing it. Please answer when your better half is not looking.

Beside having fun entering and winning sweeps. I am trying to better my mark on how many I can enter quickly.

My best so far is 412 sweeps in four hours.  This is daily, one time, instant and 24 hour sweeps. Maybe I am just nuts.

Average 200 plus sweeps (and only for things I really want to win) a day.  No idea how long it takes as I do it when time permits.  Putting a stop watch beside me would cause my fingers to type crazy.

 Well now i know why it seems i don't win as much as most people here.. ha ha.. I am on for about a 1/2 hour to an hour a day but i THINK i only enter like 50 sweeps or so a day.  I don't know how to tell.  I enter most from this website cause i love Mr. Sweepy soooo much.    I have been doing this for a little over a year now but never won anything big.  I play mostly instants, I get a little win about once a month or so.  Would really like to win something substantial.

If you use the lucky list under PRIZES, scroll down and it tells you the number of sweeps you have entered in the last 2 days. I have been doing about 50-70 in 1/2 an hour but I haven't won anything in two years. I have only been doing it every day for a few months now and wish I would win.

I laugh when people write they are in a slump w/ only 10 wins per month!

I'm not able to give you an exact time count, Jerry, but it's somewhere around the same time you spend. I do my sweeping in the morning when I get up; while I eat lunch, in the afternoon, and at night when I watch my favorite tv shows.  I do enter the ones I REALLY like first, so just in case something happens and I can't enter the rest of the day, I at least have those done.  I like to break it up and do other things in between sweeping.  Like right now, I'm reading the ST forum, just got done changing the sheets on the bed, doing a load of laundry and making a pot of coffee.  I need the coffee when I get down to serious "sweeping."  I'll sit down here in a minute and enter some of my dailies.  (My instants were done very early this morning).  Then I'll check for new sweeps and read the forum again to see if anyone has posted "new wins."  (that always makes me happy and gives me encouragement to sweep on).  I don't, however, enter as many as you do.  Wow 412 is alot!  I think I probably do about half of that.  I like the money, cars and trips sweeps - in that order.  And the trips are usually places that I would actually go to if I won.  No, I don't think you are nuts Jerry.  If it gives you enjoyment and it makes your day when that Fedex man shows up or when the email comes in saying you've won, continue doing what you're doing.  Good luck to you!

"Holy Crap" <---That's what I said when I looked up about how many sweeps I am entering in a day. I am doing right around 150!! That's crazy, considering that I didn't think I was entering that many. It takes me about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to finish everything, but like others above, I get seriously side tracked by the forum, my email, and even worse, MYSPACE! For the love of it! Oh well, I have so much fun doing it! It gives me something to do besides clean my house, cook, clean some more, oh, and wait on my hubby and s.son, LOL. I love sweeping, thanks to Mr.S, and I suffer from withdrawl on those days that I don't get to enter and read new posts.

Apparently not enough based on my winnings,

About 4 hours entering and 1 hours searching new sweeps and 1 hour reading to increase sweeping my knowledge to get better.

200 plus, about 3 hours, but in that I don't care for the quality of today's TV programming, it is my evening's entertainment, as LW enjoys talking to friend's and relatives around the country (we have the one-rate telephone plan). Maybe I could do more, or in less time, but I like to make comments and visit with friends in the Forums.  No spectacular wins since September, but have had many, many good great wins over the last couple of years, 6 Grand prizes that I can remember and so many others. 99.75 are on ST, with alcoholic beverages, Coke, Pepsi, and Sunday paper Coupon inserts making up the rest.
