    "Today's Drawings"

    Mr. Sweepy and Mr. Softy,

Not like you don't already have enough to do, but....Wink

I would like to suggest an area (perhaps by the "My Lucky List" box) showing which big-ticket item drawings are happening each day.  Sometimes the sweeps end weeks before the drawing, and it would be exciting to be able to see on your site which big sweeps (say $5K or $10K and above) are having their drawings each day.  It would create some excitement and may drive more traffic to your site daily.

    Thanks for listening.

    Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion.  We have some long term plans about expanding My Lucky List that will expand the tracking capabilities of your favor sweeps.  This is a ongoing project that will take some time. When we get farther along in planning and development, we will let the membership know.

    Thanks again,

    Mr. Sweepy

As President of Sweepstakes Today, one of my biggest rewards is reading about your wins and the positive impact it can have on the members.

That sounds fine, but involves more work than I intended.  Just to clarify, I was suggesting simply posting a daily notice on the site, something to the effect of "Today ACME Company is having their drawing for $25,000 cash!" with a link to the official rules.  Maybe it could be each day's biggest drawing (highest ARV).

That's a great suggestion....however, keep in mind that even if the sponsor lists a drawing date in their rules, they don't always keep to it. It is almost always listed as "winner will be drawn on or about....". It is just an approximation, and they will do the drawing on their own time schedule, unless it is for a time specific prize (such as a trip that has to be taken on a certain time in the very near future)
