Many of you probably saw my post that I won Dawn Direct drop and win.  Yesterday I received a letter saying it was confirmed and I would receive a $600.00 toward a Calphalon One Infused Anodized 10 piece Cookware set.  I should receive the check in 60-9- days.  It says it is not possible to substitue another prize for the prize you have won.  My question is do they give me a list of stores I must go too to get them?  I saw the set in Pottery barn and they were exactly 600.00.  I am confused..because as much as I would love the pots..I might just like too cash the check.  I just don't understand.  If anyone won this prize or similar what should I expect?  As always thanks in advance for any thoughts.

The short answer is it depends what the rules say. It sounds like this is cash and will be made out to you directly to be used at a store of their choice or online. It could also be a check for $600 cash.

I would suggest to email the administrator (DL Blair) or the sponsor (P&G) back and ask about the details of the prize. Every time I had a question about a prize, the administrator or sponsor answered it.  I am sure they will do the same for you.

Gloria, We (my wife and I ) had something simular to this once and I believe what you will receive is a check good only toward the purchase of the cookware set. Something like a rebate check you dont have to send in for. But as Mr. Sweepy said you can check to find out for sure . When the check comes you'll know from that if you dont check. Either way---- Congrats on the win and your still invited for the Super Bowl Party   Your friend in the sweeps! 

Gloria, you will want to get the Calphalon pots and pans set trust me. I have three calphalon skillets, and I love them. This is a great prize. Congratulations!!! I'm a lousy cook and none of my bizarre creations get stuck on or crusted in the calphalon set. They just wipe right off. It's great!
