How To Enter: SWEEPSTAKES Automatic Entry: Existing Blizzard Fan Club® members may enter the DQ® Blizzard Fan Club® Millionth Member Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by visiting www.blizzardfanclub.com, and following online instructions to refer a friend via email to the DQ Blizzard Fan Club. Each time you refer a friend you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes draw. In addition, each time a friend whom you have referred joins the Blizzard Fan Club, you will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes draw. The maximum number of friends you may refer is five (5). The maximum number of automatic entries you may receive in the Sweepstakes is ten (10). The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday September 12, 2006 at 12:01 pm ET (the “Start Date”) and ends Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at 11:59 pm ET (the “End Date”). All decisions of Fishbowl, Inc. will be final and binding in all respects regarding validation of membership in the Blizzard Fan Club. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received. The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to one (1) of the following destinations, as chosen by the winner: Orlando, Florida, USA. This trip consists of the following: Round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) persons from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida; four (4) nights first-class hotel accommodations (quadruple occupancy) in Orlando; three-day admission for four to the Blizzard Beach Water Park at Walt Disney World®; and use of a rental car for the duration of the trip (designated licensed driver must be 21 years or older; excludes gas, tolls, parking, collision damage waiver, insurance, and is subject to car rental company terms and conditions). ARV of “One Millionth Person” Prize: US$3,500. Gift Card is subject to restrictions and rules of use normally applicable to Dairy Queen gift cards. Blizzard Gift Cards expire one year the after date of issuance and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The party consists of Blizzard® Treats for the guests and may include other items at the sole discretion of the host store. Cost of party not to exceed US$2500. No transfers, substitutions, upgrades, credits for changes, refunds or cash equivalents for prizes are allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
