Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong!!!!! I have registered then followed the instructions chose a picture tried to upload it and it gets almost done and then I get an diagnostic error message. I have tried 3 times. sorry for any spelling errors!!!
I entered my two babies yesturday. Hope you can get it figured out. I know uploading usually has to do with the numbers (in example...600X400). How big the picture is.

I only download from my camera into my files on comp.....I haven't tried scanning a pic. Last weekend I purchased one of the scan, print, fax machines. I will have to try scanning a picture and see what happens.
