Hello all. I just sent in my registration and am hoping for some experienced convention feedback.  I have never been to one, and don't know what to expect.  Hoping it will be a hoot.  What should I take?  Thanks in advance for any replies/advice.

Those are some nice wins Kelly in WV!  I'm sorry I've never been to a convention, but I bet it would be a blast!

I am convention bound too so hopefully we can meet up!  I don't know what to expect but I bet it'll be a lot of fun! I am making a list of questions I have which hopefully can be answered at the convention. One thing I found out is that there will be raffles/giveaways on the last day, (Sunday morning between 9-12.) You MUST be present to pick up a prize or give someone else the authorization to take it for you. I had to take a morning flight because I was using free flight vouchers. I think it is very unfair and frankly I'm p---d about it! We are sweepers and that's what we want - prizes!  I sent an e-mail saying I thought it was unfair to those flying in from out of state and couldn't they do prize drawings another time/day? I didn't get a response. It is sponsored by the Michigan Wolverines (a Michigan sweeping club) so it seems very convenient and especially beneficial for them. Hmmmm.

Anyway, hope to see see Kelly, Lisa and others there!
