Thanks again for reply/help ....I also have confidence in our fellow ST site users to find answers and so on .... I did not receive an email as annielil1 has; I have contacted eprize and have a reply that they will communicate within 3 business days ... so maybe it will be decided in my favor or just for all the effort!  I'll let you all know how it turns out. 

Right thanks no problem to access the PDF rules page ... I thought maybe there was something more to it that I was missing for not knowing what's PDF.   Glad to be able to amuse you with my Lucy in the Chocolate Factory level of computer comprehension.   Soon I am going to get really ambitious and learn how to connect my digital camera to the computer and upload photos and those really short videos that the camera can take.  And maybe a few things here and there, but mostly continue to win wonderful things ( at least virtually when not in fact)  Thanks for your replies and hope you have stunningly good luck!

 Saving in PDF instead of screenshots.  Just FYI for all of you.  You can save any emails, docs and so forth by downloading primo at primopdf.com. This software does not take a screen shot though.  It simply lets you save anything from a file, internet, email into a pdf file for saving or printing.  Once it is downloaded, you simply go to print form wherever you are and instead of picking your printer, you choose primo and where you want to print to - I choose desktop - and you will have a pdf file. Hope this helps.  Now back to question of the day for my question......

update re instant gift card win and ?s as listed above ... have just read an email from them received today that " ....We have confirmed you are the winner of Instant Win Visa Check Card ..." They also wrote that they had sent an email earlier to confirm the win but for reason unknown I did not receive it ... So now I am a happier camper .... and on to celebrate at a Bruce Springsteen concert tomorrow I guess ....for the show and not the no show I guess

Bentley2, I too am having a problem with ePrize on recieving the $100 gift card I won from the AT&T Brain Teaser Wallet Pleaser Promotion. I've replied to all their emails and have called them several time but haven't heard a thing from them as of yet. I'll be sending them another e-mail in the morning. Good Luck on receiving your win, and congrats.

vivi1 ... is it possible that you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks after the sweeps closes to receive the card you won ... that is what they have told me ... that the sweeps ends 12/31 and then the instant win cards are mailed out, taking up to two months?  Or have you just not received any replies from them?  Maybe Mr Sweepy can advise you how to proceed ... and I wish you more and more wonderful wins in the future!

Bentley, I received my $100 gift card today - 2 months to the day from winning it.

Oh joy!  I have just rec'vd gift card of $100 today in time for Christmas!   I thought I had read that it could be 6-8 wks after sweeps close on Dec 31 ... I am so blissed ....!!
