    I won the Celestron C65 Mini Mak Waterproof Spotting Scope 5 which is valued at $145, this should be great for my brother-in-law.  We have there family this year for Christmas and we usually spend $50 but my brother-in-law just repaired my computer for free so I think this will make a great gift.
