 Why every time I write or answer a post does "edit tags" always show up at the bottom of page? What am I doing wrong?

I see the same thing on mine.  I believe we only see it, because I don't see it on your post.

That is there in case you want to go back edit what you have put in your message after you have posted it like misspellings or re-wording the message. I have used it now and then.

Both owilkins and bxgirl5 are correct. The "edit tags" allow you to correct or emend your previous posting. It is visible only to you, and allows only you to alter or amend any previous post that you have made

 Actually thats not quite right, I know I'm new here but I know what I'm talking about so here it is:

• Edit Tags is to put in Tags or Keywords on your posts. This allows for these posts to show up in search and also appear by Tag (follow that link to see this post based on its Tags. It will open in a new window or tab.). The more posts with a keyword or Tag the more popular that Tag is.
  

•  The EDIT button above each of your posts allows you to correct or amend that posting.

Both are visible only to you for your posts.
