     I use CC Cleaner to clean out my computer and it is fast, free and you can pick what you want to clean out.

    You can also pick Firefox or Internet Explorer, both or just one. Here is the link.

     Would be afraid to go that route I always go by the saying if it is not broke dont fix it.  Of course I say that because I have no problems with my computer it is always very fast and I give it a bath regularly.

    Be very careful about using any "cleaners" especially if they come to you via popup. Some of these are actually malware or other harmful stuff, that may have you end up entering sweeps at the library on a 1 hr free computer time! I have 2 of them blocked from my computer because they are known to be harmful and malicious. They are "drivecleaner" and "cleanator."
