Fed Ex FINALLY stopped by today with an envelope for me from Miller Lite!! I am a potential Grand Prize winner of $5,000 (towards suggested purchase of a TV, couch and sound system) and one Miller lite foosball coffee table ($599). Completed the affidavit and W-9 form and went to my local bank for the notary! The promotion company (Ignition) even included a Fed Ex envelope (prepaid) to return the information. Will take 6-8 weeks to receive. I checked out the expired sweeps and noted I'd entered this 44 times. This is a super-wonderful prize, since I believe I will be able to use the $$ for whatever purpose I want.
