What is up with eprize? Every other site that was being administered by them this morning was down for administrative updates. What is wrong with this company? Can they not attend to their administrative duties on an off time not prime time in the a.m.?

  Yup- it's frustrating & that's not the only problem Eprize seems to have right now. Did you check out the "Eprize.. you've won..OOPS' posting yet?

It will validate your annoyance. Thank goodness not all marketing & promotions companies are like eprize, so I guess I'll focus my time & efforts on those.

Hi Cookies, to my knowledge, ePrize runs their own servers from their home office in Mi. I don't think they have backkup servers.  This is the real problem.

Unlike ePrize, we have a third party that handles our servers.  However all of our servers are backed up and serviced 24/7. Cost more but well worth it. The only time we were down with this hosting company was when a 18 wheelers mashed a major electrical transformer...Backup battery power run out...lol

 Oh wow, yeah any online big company like that HAS to have a 3rd party backup for their servers. Thats Crazy!

I noticed that they would not work in the am, but seem to be OK in the afternooon.
