One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner in each of the six (6) eligible group areas (“Grand Prize Winners”), one (1) potential First Place Winner in each of the six (6) eligible group areas (“First Place Winners”), and two-hundred (200) Second Place Winners (“Second Place Winners”).

Grand Prize Winners will get to choose one out of four Tropical Vacation options valued at $4,750, which includes round-trip airline tickets for two (2), four (4) nights five (5) day hotel stay (one double standard occupancy room) and spending money for food and transportation. The Grand Prize Winner will also receive one (1) $250 Kroger Gift card (ARV: $5,000).

First Place Winners will receive a $500 Hotel Gift card (Choices of Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt), a $500 Airline Gift Card (Choices of Delta, American Airlines, or United), and a $100 Kroger Gift Card (ARV: $1,100).

Second Place Winners will receive a $100 Kroger Gift Card (ARV: $100).

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the sweepstakes is fifty-six thousand and six hundred dollars (ARV: $56,600).

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the eligible area zones of Group 1 in the states of Indiana, the commonwealth of Kentucky or Ohio; Group 2 in the states of Alaska, California, Idaho, Oregon or Washington; Group 3 in the states of Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma or Texas; Group 4 in the states of Illinois, Michigan or Wisconsin; Group 5 in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia or West Virginia; Group 6 in the states of, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah or Wyoming (“ Eligibility Area ”) ; who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of their entry.
