Grand Prize consists of rent paid for a twelve month lease, per Owner’s standard occupancy agreement, for an apartment in Owner’s building located in New York, NY, which apartment has been furnished by Sponsor; one-month standard security deposit; all fees associated with application and coverage provided by theGuarantors.com, and the furnishings in the apartment at the time the Grand Prize winner takes
possession (such furnishings valued at $20,000). Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will receive a check for $20,000 which may be used to offset the winner’s tax liability. ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $85,000.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of
Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry; who are not a current tenant in any Common Living Inc. managed property or any 1 MCP LLC owned property; and who currently are not utilizing the services of a real estate broker.
