One (1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following:

One Million Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (1,240,000) Wyndham Rewards Points with an approximate retail value of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Forty-two Dollars and forty cents ($10,242.40) (additional terms and conditions may apply)

Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) paid in the form of a check

840,000 Points are intended for free night stays at eligible properties and may be redeemed for stays at any of more than 60,000 Wyndham Rewards properties globally – including the program’s Hotels, Vacation Club Resorts, and Vacation Rental properties. Redemption of points allow the Prizewinner to select nights at the locations of winner’s choosing, subject to restrictions or additional terms and conditions.

400,000 Points are intended for redemption of tours and activities through Wyndham Rewards, Inc. partner Viator.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the National Grand Prize: EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($18,242.40 USD)

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: EIGHTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($18,242.40 USD).

Open only to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time and date of entry and through award of the prizes: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if over 18), who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account with Short Message Services (“SMS”) capability and/or wireless internet service, and (b) are a citizen or legal resident of and physically residing in one (1) of the (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Each Entrant is limited to (1) original entry per Broadcast Day via the Online Entry method.

Watch syndicated episodes of “TMZ on TV” and/or “TMZ Live” (the “Show”) weekdays during the Sweepstakes Period throughout the Sweepstakes Period (check your local listing for time of broadcast). During each broadcast of the syndicated episode of the Show during the Sweepstakes Period throughout the Sweepstakes Period, an entry word will appear on screen (the “Word of the Day”).

Entrant’s entry (or entries) must be received by Sponsor between 6:00:00 a.m. PT on Monday, May 6, 2024, and 5:59:59 a.m. PT on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Each Word of the Day is valid until 5:59:59 a.m. PT on the Broadcast Day on which the Word of the Day appears in a broadcast of a syndication episode of the Show, after which time the Word of the Day is reset.
